We do not offer exchanges.
Please ensure that you carefully review all order details—including size, design, quantity, and shipping address—before placing your order.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect item selection.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be canceled.

  • Cancellation Fee: 10% of the total order value.

Return & Refund Policy

Time Frame for Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
After 30 days, the order is considered accepted, and no returns or refunds will be processed.

Eligible Return & Refund Cases

We offer full refunds in the following cases:

  • Wrong product ordered, wrong size selected, or item no longer wanted.

  • Items that are:

    • Damaged upon arrival

    • Shattered or broken

    • Incorrect design (different from what was ordered)

    • Incorrect size (different from what was ordered)

    • Made from a different material than described

    • Wrong item received

    • Not as described in the product listing

Product Condition for Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Not be modified or altered

  • Be free of defects not caused by us

  • Include original tags and packaging

Minor issues like loose threads that can easily be trimmed or repaired do not qualify for returns.

Proof Required for Refunds

To request a refund, you must provide:

  1. A copy of your shipping label or receipt

  2. Proof of purchase

  3. Clear photographs showing the product issue

  4. Email correspondence with our support team

How to Request a Return & Refund

  2. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

  3. Once approved, carefully pack the item(s) and ship them back using a trackable carrier.

  4. Email us your return tracking number or a photo of the return receipt.

Important:

  • Do NOT return any items without receiving email confirmation from us. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

  • We are not responsible for lost return packages. Always provide a tracking number.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.

  • Refunds usually appear in your bank account within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If you do not see your refund after 15 business days:
